The services and products provided by Givestream Marketing LLC, d/b/a Travel Bros (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our", "Travel Bros", or the "Company"), and its subsidiaries, agents, and affiliates, through the Travel Bros website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site" or the "Website"), are subject to the following Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "TOS"). Travel Bros may require you to open an account and provide registration information. You are entirely responsible for any activities that occur on your account. Travel Bros is not liable for any loss resulting from someone else's misuse of your account. You may be liable for losses incurred by Travel Bros due to unauthorized use of your account.

Travel Bros provides links to affiliates and third-party organizations for your convenience. These linked sites and services are not under Travel Bros's control, and Travel Bros is not responsible for their content or products. The links do not indicate an endorsement by Travel Bros.
Travel Bros does not accept unsolicited ideas or materials. Any unsolicited submissions will not be treated as confidential or proprietary.
The website, services, and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Travel Bros does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or services.
Travel Bros is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, website, or products. Travel Bros's aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you have paid in the past six months.

The laws of Pennsylvania shall govern this agreement. Any disputes will be negotiated in good faith, and if unresolved, may be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
This TOS is binding upon and will benefit you and Travel Bros and its successors or assigns. Nothing in this TOS is intended to confer rights or remedies to any other person.
Travel Bros may disclose your personal information when required by law or for reasons of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance.
Travel Bros may use cookies, web beacons, and similar devices to track your activities on the website and services to improve user experience. These tracking devices help record your preferences and enable Travel Bros to provide personalized services.
Public contributions, such as reviews, photos, and messages, may be shared with other users and used by Travel Bros as deemed appropriate. Travel Bros is not responsible for the information shared by you in any public contribution.
Travel Bros may run contests or promotions requiring personal information. This information will be used to verify eligibility and communicate with participants. Travel Bros will not share entrant information with third `parties unless required by law.
Travel Bros reserves the right to investigate any terms or policy violations and may disclose information to prevent illegal activity, enforce terms, comply with legal requests, or protect rights and property.

Travel Bros monitors the Site and Services for content violations but does not guarantee accuracy or authenticity of information.
This TOS represents the entire agreement and understanding between you and Travel Bros, merging all prior discussions and agreements.
Travel Bros reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. No waiver of rights is effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Travel Bros.
If any provision of this TOS is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The offending provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that closely matches the intent.
Travel Bros does not offer or engage in the sale of travel services to residents of California, Florida, Hawaii, and Washington. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the marketing, promotion, and sale of travel club memberships and any associated travel-related products and services. Travel Bros adheres strictly to the legal requirements and regulations set forth by these states regarding the sale of travel services and does not conduct business within these jurisdictions.
If you are a resident of California, Florida, Hawaii, or Washington, please refrain from purchasing or attempting to purchase any travel services or memberships from Travel Bros. Any transactions inadvertently made by residents of these states will be voided and refunded in accordance with our policies.
These Terms of Service are effective as of March 1, 2025, and remain in effect until modified as provided above.
