Payment Agreement

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

Membership payments are fully refundable within 30 days of payment. However, these fees are nontransferable. To request a refund, you must contact us at Travel Bros Support. Your email must come from the current email address registered in our system and must include your full name, telephone number, and the reason for your refund request. You must receive email confirmation from us as proof that we received your request in a timely manner.

I. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By making payments to Givestream Marketing LLC, d/b/a Travel Bros, (collectively referred to as "we", "us","our", "Travel Bros", or the "Company"), you agree to the following Payment Agreement ("Agreement"). The Company may process your payments through various entities as listed on our payment terms page, but your contractual relationship remains with Travel Bros and reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time without prior notice.

II. PURCHASES

By confirming a payment or transaction with Travel Bros, you accept full responsibility for the total amount, which may include taxes, shipping costs, or other fees. Travel Bros collaborates with third-party providers to ensure satisfaction with the products and services offered on our website. However, due to the varying nature of transactions, refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Travel Bros. For detailed information, refer to Section V below. Should your payment method fail or your account become past due, Travel Bros may use other mechanisms to collect overdue amounts, including reasonable attorney's fees. Interest will accrue on past due amounts at 1% per month or the lawful maximum, whichever is less.

III. PAYMENT INSTRUMENTS

Travel Bros accepts multiple payment instruments, such as credit cards, debit cards, direct debits, e-checks, and wire transfers ("Payment Instrument"). By providing a Payment Instrument for a transaction, you represent that you have the legal right to use it. Travel Bros reserves the right to store Payment Instrument information and to charge the provided Payment Instrument for the full transaction amount. If using a creditor debit card, we may pre-authorize the transaction amount before finalizing the charge. By using Travel Bros's website, products, and services, you may submit images, photos, reviews, messages, posts, public profile information, downloadable products, offers for the sale of goods and services, votes, or other content (hereinafter, "Your Content"). You are solely responsible for Your Content and any consequences of submitting it to Travel Bros's website. Once provided, Travel Bros may or may not allow you to remove Your Content. You assume all risks related to Your Content and anyone's use of Your Content.

IV. ACTIONS AND TERMS

You authorize Travel Bros and its agents to verify your identity and creditworthiness. Travel Bros may terminate transactions it believes are in violation of this Agreement or may result in financial loss. We may delay, limit, or cancel transactions and contact relevant parties if necessary to prevent loss or legal violations. Travel Bros also reserves the right to pursue collection of past due amounts, including associated costs and interest.

V. DISPUTES

Report any unauthorized or problematic transactions immediately. Claims against Travel Bros must be submitted within 30 days of the charge. You are responsible for reimbursing Travel Bros for fees and penalties related to payments you authorized. Travel Bros is not liable for disputes with third-party providers. Notices from Travel Bros will be considered received within 24 hours. For financial transaction-related notices, contact us at Travel Bros Support. The Payment Agreement effective at the time of your transaction governs that transaction.

VI. FEES

Some Travel Bros services require a fee, which must be prepaid and is available only if your account is in good standing.

VII. EARNINGS

Earnings through our Dynamic Member Program must be withdrawn or used while you are enrolled as a Dynamic Member. Withdrawal methods may vary.

VIII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES; WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Travel Bros provides no warranty for products or services. We are not liable for special, consequential, or indirect damages or loss of use, data, or profits. California residents waive rights under California civil code §1542.

IX. OTHER

Financial transactions are allowed only for individuals over 25 years old or older. Some countries may restrict transactions with Travel Bros. All commitments in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to this Agreement. In case of conflicts, this Agreement prevails.
